Many of us are missing the march component of our annual Take Back the Night event, we know we are!

This year, Guelph-Wellington Women in Crisis is partnering with local parks and trails throughout Guelph and Wellington County to participate in the Take Back the Trail Campaign! Take Back the Trail recognizes that many women and gender-diverse individuals don’t feel safe walking alone and provides an opportunity for community members to reflect on the possibilities for shifting local and global realities of gender-based violence.

Visit a trail near you and check out our signs, have conversations with others around sexual violence prevention, and take a photo of them and tag us on social media @gwwic to help us spread the word!
